As a pioneer of web-enabled, hybrid mail, Click2Mail is dedicated to creating products and systems that make mail easy. We were founded by people who are committed to system excellence, pledged to friendly service, and obsessed with superior quality. Our flagship product, Mailing Online Publisher, is a Web browser-based tool for creating, personalizing, and delivering a wide variety of mailing pieces. Once you compose your message, we transmit it to one of our strategically located production facilities where it is printed, labeled, posted, and sorted to achieve the maximum postal discount, then transported to a United States Post Office for delivery. In just a few short years, Click2Mail has become the power behind the direct mail operations of thousands of organizations including retailers, service providers, municipalities, and institutions—major to micro businesses and countless other organizations domestic and foreign.

Our history
Headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, Click2Mail is the trade name of PosteDigital LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of PostCentric Incorporated. The company began its corporate life as a partner of the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the operator of the NetPost Mailing Online service. Recently we introduced the Mailing Online Publisher: our next-generation document design and management system. But our mission is unchanged—we continue to focus on providing USPS customers with the highest quality direct mail services through in depth market knowledge, system innovation, and the development of superior, state-of-the-art tools.
